Nearby you also have the Hanabanilla lake, the only lake in the mountains in Cuba, with an approx. surface area of 18 square kilometers, from which you can trek to El Nicho, where those waterfalls in the picture feed the El Negro stream which then flows into the Hanabanilla river where the most famous and largest waterfalls are called "Salto del Hanabanilla"
