As to whether it may have only one stack or more, I can not vouch as it has been a fair number of years since I was there, but it has undergone a few changes and expansions since its initial construction. However, looking closely at this picture, it appears that what may be seen as a stack on the left portion seems likely to be one of the tranmission line supports, not a stack.

the big stack you see (there is only one), is to vent the smoke from the burners for the boilers.

i live down the street from the plant. its been there for as long as i can remember, although im only 21 so thats not saying much

i took a tour of it once in 4th grade. pretty amazing stuff inside.
