Hilarious!!! Now I'm going back to the mother and kittens in the box with the flash story!!!
thanks, Helen! Definitely a warning to Be Careful about reading all those 'How to be a Photographer' books!
You'll likely get an even bigger laugh out of this bird photographer shot and the other ones in the series by magic surf bus. Makes me proud to carry around my little Canon S3!
Hi Bits....I was trying to track back and see where I first discovered you and Guy and made my first brave comment...and in doing so I got to click 100 and 101. Around the time of Angebelle and the kittens *the first Pano batch) and beachbumkitty (not very prolific with the camera is she?).. Nice little nostalgic trip!!! H
LOLOL, Helen! What's REALLY funny is that I'd forgotten about this shot, and I've since gotten other photos of what I now realize is the same couple - with the same theme!
I do my best not to take myself too seriously. It's hard, sometimes, but at least I'm not to this stage, yet.
That cameraman is pocketing sand!
Beyond an obsession! Even carrying the scaffold pole tripod would be a step too far!
None of us take you seriously, either, Mr. Word ;) (wow - almost 4.5 years to respond to a comment. that must be a pano record! And now I wonder how many years for you to visit your page and see that I replied!)
Ahhh, if only the camera man was the only reason the island is washing away........We just had another storm this week, but the road to the point remains closed. I'm fearful of what the damage will be!
I know, Jim, but it's sad: there are so many of these around now that I feel like I'm using my cell phone when I ONLY use my 5 year old camera with a 18-200 mm lens!
I agree B+P, I see no point in it these days..I've seen some cracking good cell phone pics which makes me question why I buy cameras that far exceed my ability to appreciate them..never again ;)
