Duma decided to make two castles: this one - Monter Cristo and the small one - If (for work as a bureau) after. He had got big money for his roman "Le comte de Monte Cristo". And he made these two castles, and lived there for about 2 years. Lot of people came to him in this castle, but the second was forbidden - |Dumas worked there, and he coudld't live without writing. He couldn't count his money, and if the people asked him for any assistance, he opened his bureau and gave the requester the banknotes he could find in his chest. With such economy he left all his money in 2 years and he was obliged to sell the buildings and the park, helas. Olga
