A nice shot from the bridge Billyits a place i have always wanted a few shots from myself . I can just imagine one of those large ships coming up the river that would be nice.

An epic shot, Billy. Greetings from Miami, Mary

Billy B@rk, on July 25, 2008, said:

Thanks Marcel for the yellow star. :)

Billy B@rk, on July 25, 2008, said:

Thanks Mary. It was an exciting walk over this bridge as the wind was pretty strong. :)

MaryKnapp, on July 25, 2008, said:

You're making my palms sweat, Billy. I have a crippling fear of walking over bridges made of a single log, and just thinking of walking on a flimsy (in my imagination) bridge gives me the heebie jeebies. <:o

MaryKnapp, on July 25, 2008, said:

Duh! I just looked at the GE image. That is no flimsy bridge!

Billy B@rk, on July 26, 2008, said:

You're right Mary, it isn't flimsy but it is very high! :S

Welcome back, Billy! Still suffering from the jet lag? This is a wonderful picture and it just got my vote! Good luck! Greetings, Anne

Billy B@rk, on August 5, 2008, said:

Thanks Anne. Yes, I am still suffering! I left NY Sunday afternoon & got home Monday morning without managing to get any sleep. I had to go into work today (Tuesday) but left early. I should feel a lot better tomorrow. :)

©junebug, on August 5, 2008, said:

Hope you'll soon be better, Billy! Travelling to faraway places is great, but the effect of the jet lag can be pretty bad, especially when you have to go back into work the very next day! Cheers, Anne:)

Billy B@rk, on August 5, 2008, said:

Cheers Anne. I’ve fought the urge to sleep too early today so hopefully a good nights sleep tonight will help a lot. :)

A landscape that catches the eye, Billy. The broad estuary with distant blue mountains under chasing clouds, and, strategically positioned, Dumbarton Rock commanding the Clyde.

Greetings, Claus
