Lemnian Land spa (since antiquity)

'Lemnian Land' is a name given to the earth that is around this chapel and is WorldWide known for its healing powers. I would in other words describe it as a spa 'mud'.

One rainy summer day, I was there taking photos, when my sandals emerged into this muddy ground !

When I went back home, I tried to wash the mud away. After an hours time, fade mud marks appeared on my sandals ! I tried a couple times more untill disappeared !

Next morning my right leg was so tender/ relaxed !. I could not believe the stories of the past until it happened to me !

The earth now is not used at all (compared to its past times), so it became a vital part of the agricultural fields of this area nowadays.
