Beautiful in black and white -- the regularity, the flowing curves of the benches, and the wonderful repetiveness like a beating drum thrumming its way along the pier. Very very nice! The black and white really makes it though, to enable the shapes to be thoroughly appreciated without any noise from colour.. The very fact that there is a bench missing, doesn't detract from the picture, although it interrupts the rhythm a little, but asks the question, -what happened to it!? I wonder why they don't just move this end bench along a bit, or did you do that, to increase the length of the line of vision?!?
Very best wishes, to you, I hope you'll answer my query, or I'll never know! I'd really like to know if you moved that bench!
Lovely comments, thanks Sue. I didn't move the bench, I should of had you with me, we could have filled the gap with that spare one.
