Hi Peter and many thanks for your interest. I finally checked the precise name of this location: The name of the harbour is "Helsinki - North Harbour" or in Finnish "Sörnäisten Satama". The quay location is "Hanasaari Quay B (SHB)". The Sompasaari quays of the Helsinki North Harbour are located just 100m east of this location (the other picture above this one).

It's a pitty we don't have "cold" winters any more. The last time the central lake here (Alster) was frozen enough to allow people walk on it was like 15 years ago...
