This ancient wall in Scrimshire Lane, Cotgrave is over a thousand years old. It forms a series of bee nests (not a hive) and is riddled with hundreds of holes made for their entrances. The bees are solitary "stingless" as the owners are at pains (sic) to point out on the notice. Bees are much in the news as they, and therefore us, are under threat.
