Yes, Gundozer, it is made to enter, though it is not an accurate reporoduction on the inside. I took this photo in 1999, so memory may be faulty, but I think it is 1/3 scale to the original. It is real stone.
This park used to be open to the public, but a Google search reveals that they went bankrupt a couple years ago and it is no longer open.
The builder was a wealthy man who built many models. Only a few are large enough to enter, though all are impressive.
