I don,t know how wet Van De Velde,s nether regions got( he made some SPLASH without moving the Ball) but I know he kept his socks and shoes dry,he took them off. In the Hotel on the corridor where our room was there was a door marked Peter Laurie,s Suite (he won the Championship) and nearer our room one was marked Van De Velde,s Suite ( he threw it away in that burn) Bet you he,ll no be back to that Hotel LOL
