Scally what happened here? Your Cam-Details show up 16:28, That Rolex shows 16:32? I wont buy a rolex... :O) so maybe the bird was a bit confused about the rolex and so he couldn´t reach the photo just in time, greetings olly

Oh God, Olly, my car,camera,mobile phone are an hour out for 6 months of any year, because my lazy Wife refuses to move them for BST, and your saying my camera clock is more accurate than a rolex,its lucky that it didn,t read 15:28. A very nice poster suggested that I was .0002 of a sec too early in firing the shutter, if he only knew I just wildly flung my camera up at the heron, and nobody was more surprised than me to find a bit of the bird in the frame LOL scally

You are very expressive in your language! I am imagining you 'wildly flinging your camera up at the heron'and can't help grinning. - Poor bird, what did it ever do to you? That's like the flukey one of my scrub turkey. It ended up better than the ones of the lorikeets I was aiming for. I didn't even know it was there until it ran past and got in the picture. That heron blends in so well with the grey and white of the buildings that if I hadn't read the comments, I think I would have missed him!

Yes, I do believe that is a Grey Heron on the left, Scally! You should have waited until he perched on one of the hands of the Rolex. Or perhaps he was just checking the time to see whether the local fish-pond was open yet.

This shot was not composed it was push up the camera and Press Brian, I was only at this Hotel from Mon.-Fri. and I am sure this poor bird was very Happy to see the Last of me. What do you think of Olly comparing my camera time with the Rolex? My car, phone and camera are only right for 6 months,and he thinks the Rolex is 4 minutes out? LOL cheers scally.
