I agree with Marilyn, Hank just send them an email. Maybe they thought it was a person in the middle of the picture. Sometimes they accept flowers, insects, birds etc they should accept this one, it is history!! Greetings, Sylvie

Thank you Sylvie and thanks again Tony and Marilyn. I checked the "Help" area and there is a form to use when asking for a re-consideration.

It's not compforting in that you just list the photo number. There is no way to argue passionately on behalf of the defendant photo that stands accused of inadequacy.

Can you imagine what it would be like if arguments were allowed? Hopefully it's someone higher on the food chain that makes the appeal decisions. i'll let you know.

Hank - I too have found the 'form' to be severely lacking. You could try contacting questions at panoramio dot com and asking directly.
