By the way.I'm reading a book about this event."The Day the World Came to Town: 9/11 in Gander, Newfoundland". It is amazing what those travelers a people in town lived and how well they were treated by people of Newfoundland.
Do i remember the time in gander on september the 11th 2001???
How could i not. i was on the second plane that was diverted to gander. I remember the care that was taken by everyone in gander and the area's around it. I remember being fed, but not just with one thing but we had a choice of about 3 or 4 things. I remember seeing the planes like this and then as we got shipped out to the salvation army camp, all the school buses that were until then on strike, lining the roads to take us to a place to rest and find out what the hell had gone on. I'm greatfull for all the help we all got from you guys in Gander. thinking of you more than you will ever know.xx

Amazing shot. Intresting that there were no airplanes in the sky in the world on that day.
