Nice pic, John - sad that a lovely building in Bradford is going that way - I'm from London and we lost a lot of lovely buildings to developers. Ironic that the Luftwaffe missed them then they were demolished anyway after the war, as I'm sure can be said of THIS building in Bradford. Keep up the good work mate! Naseby.

My understanding is that the building is full of asbestos (I might be wrong) so no redeveloper will touch it. Yes it is a shame but i can't see it being saved, and watching it just decay is very sad indeed. What could be done is the domes and some of the windows could be used in a new building who's external appearance is in the shape and style of the old building. At least something could then be retained.
