You have reason Acie ! Better searching, I found the following scientific information for those mountains: the result of erosion of a large block continental craton, Guyanese, formed in Precambrian magmatic rocks by lower matamórficas and dated to between 1.8 and 2.5 billion years. Big hug!!!
