The view is looking south down 12th Street (South is at the top of the photo.) Walnut street is the one crossing 12th. The building on the lower left was the headquarters of the Episcopal Church in Phila. It is now a law office. In 2009, this intersection is one of the most vibrant in the city. It supports 24 hours pedestrian traffic. Thomas Jefferson University/Hospital lies to the East of this pix (left) as well as the Forrest & Walnut Street theatres.

That area of Philadelphia is really a pretty nice area.
