Some infos: this thunderstorm was shot the 10/16/2006 from a 400m hill. Almost all the south coast of Martinique is visible here, from Sainte-Anne in the background to Le Diamant at the right. The Diamond Rock is out of the view at the left.

Cette photo a été prise le 16/10/2006 depuis une colline de 400m de haut (le Morne Pavillon) qui domine tout le sud de la Martinique. On voit les lumières de Sainte-Anne au fond, celles de Sainte-Luce au centre et celles des quartiers péripheriques du Diamant à droite. Le Rocher du Diamant est hors-cadre sur la droite.

The camera was on a tripod and I took this photo with a long exposure: 30 seconds.

Thanks Joseph. Living on a small island (Martinique), most of the time the storms are coming to me. If I lived in a bigger place where I could chase storms I would do it for sure !
