Wonderful detail, Anita--complete with bee. Really quite remarkable! Cheers, Marilyn
Hi Marilyn, I'm not sure which lily this is, I hope someone will help me out here! any ideas Marilyn? Thank you for your visit, it's lovely to hear from you. Regards, Anita
Great macro , compliments and regards from Sandro
excuse me for the delay, but appointments have held me away from the Pc.
Nice shot, in a way, it looks like the wasp is hurting the flower because the petals have contracted backwards. Best wishes, Fai
I see what you mean Fai, it's an amazing relationship between the insects and the flowers, one can't do without the other. Cheers, Anita
Thanks Sandro, for dropping by again :) Regards, Anita
Beautiful lily! It's a pity the smell isn't as beautiful!
Hi Paula, it's a lovely lily, I didn't smell it because I would have started to sneeze. Is it an unpleasant smell? I know that you have to keep your cats away from the pollen because it can harm them and it also stains fabrics. I suppose we must judge it on face value only :) Cheers, Anita
