This a great picture but the location isn't correct as shown on Google Earth the light house that is 3km from West Keansburg and drirectly off the coast of Staten Island as shown on the map is Old Orchard light. Romer is actually N-NE of the tip of Snady Hook along the Ambrose channel leading into NY Harbor.
