I wish that Panoramio would let me turn this photo a couple of times so that I could view it upside down. Hey, maybe you could do that and upload it again as a new photo. The sky looks like it aches to be viewed that way. Maybe I need to stand and look at it through my legs to get the upside down view since I'm totally no good at standing on my head.

Mike, good to see you called in here, although I'm sorry I missed you. I should think you've caught up with some kip by now though. :)

Danny, I must thank you again for having such a good browse through my collection of snaps, I really am very pleased you enjoyed some of the photos. My book is called....wait for it, it's a really exciting title......'LIFE - (in general) by Susan Allen'. Really, yes, it's called that. Well, that's what it's about, so I thought, oh well, that was as good a title as any. I am waiting for the paper proof version to arrive from America, so I hope the post will hurry up. I'm not used to snail mail any more since getting a computer -- painfully slow, isn't it?

My mind is boggling, Jean, just boggling! I can hardly see for the worry lines. :D

Very best wishes to you all,

Time to get off this thing for the day as it's about to be hijacked by an onslaught of kids.

gix, thank you so much for the message!

lavenderblue, I love your name and I love the comment too. Even when we were all standing there admiring this sky (and it was on of those occasions when everyone was fumbling with phone cameras or anything to take photos), it was obvious that if I turned upside down, it looked like an expansive beach. Well spotted!

Best wishes to you both and thank you again for your visit,

Sue
