Die Eschbacher Klippen sind aus einer Auffaltung des Taunus entstanden und bis zu 12 m hoch. Es handelt sich um den sichtbaren Teil eines sechs Kilometer langen Quarzganges. Am Südhang des Pfaffenkopfs gelegen, ist es auch für Kletterfreunde eine interessante Felsformation, für die man ca. dreißig Touren verschiedenster Schwierigkeitsgrade mit Felshaken vorbereitet hat.
