This is an historic picture now. All these wind mils had been decommissioned. News wind mills are going to be installed but only one each ten older.

R.E.E. The Spanish electrical grid operator has just published statistics for 2009. They show that all of Spain's wind turbines have only produced 22% of their rated capacity. Since wind turbines also draw back some operational power from the grid, which is not subtracted from their production statistics, my net production estimate of 15% of their rated capacity is probably a more correct figure. This is a very poor production record indeed. If the owners were not allowed to skip out on paying taxes, none of these large scale wind projects would be viable. NONE! Not even the new ones.
