Taken a couple of days ago, another atempt to get great dead tree shots. On checking out the photo on a bigger screen I noticed the oblong UFO?. As I was taking the photo I could hear a droning aeroplane-like sound but couldn't see anything (there is a military airport about 10 miles away though) and No there wasn't any dirt etc. on the lens nor have I concocted this via my photo editing programs. Any guesses or comments welcome before I dump it off here! Herb

Taken by the side of 'Harbottle Lough' which incidentally is reputed to be haunted????? Nb -now take a closer look at the google map top-right here. Notice something odd -zoom in a bit more and look a little futher south west. What is that thing -it looks like a prehistoric skeleton. Weird or what???

It does look more like an oblong flying object rather than an insect. Maybe secret military plane? The "skeleton" is quite amazing! It could be old fields, or the way the water drains, but the joining vertebrae are weird. Thanks for sharing! Kasia

Thanks Kasia. I forgot to say that, in fact, the odd skeleton effect is in a military restricted area! (area 51 ????) Gets better-yes.

Thanks Tony. Can you also see the skeleton/alien head? It's there as well (zoom out, look at far top left of bones, it's whitish, two dark eyes and beakish nose! Also if you look near the bottom of the tree trunk, on the left, in the sky area, magnified, you will see another flying object -smaller but real enough? Add to this, the photo was taken at 125th of a sec, so should have rendered anything flying - sharp! Herb

Steve and Antonio. Cheers for your views on here however neither of you comment on the Google map entry here. That in my opinion is the more interesting part of this saga. Maybe you where so interested in the photo that you failed to notice the objects on the map! More comments welcome.

Very interesting! If you zoom in the 'patches' where the 'bones' are look more like different types of vegetation and trees, cultivated areas?? I like your vivid imagination!

very interesting, got to love a good mystery every now and then. Got a good one going on here right now but there really isn't much info about what happened yet.

Thanks Don and Paula for your visit. Yes strange this but you have three in one here: UFO's, haunted lakes, skeleton and skull of alien all set in or very near M.O.D restricted area. Hmmm sure there is a logical explanation so perhaps a viewer can fill us in. Herb

around august 1st there were two strange noises that were comparable to sonic booms that shook houses in an 18 kilometer radius. however the sonic boom theory was discredited as there where no aircraft capable of creating them in the area, it was later discovered by a group using high power microphones to record the sounds of the meteor shower that along with the two big booms there where four one minute long ultra low frequency hums that happened at the same time. a week or two later the military was crawling around here and flying around with helicopters. I don't know if i was related but there was never any mention of the military ever being here. I thought this was odd since it isn't every day that you go outside and there are two helicopters filled with men with rifles.
Cheers and sorry for the long post!

Well is this just a coincidence, or what? My brother has a UFO on one of his Panoramio photo's too. May be worth taking a look at. Although, I think he perhaps just jealous of my 'real' UFO mystery!
Don - seen any more activity lately?
Cheers, Herb
