Lovely Nin, I love those wires. You should put this in the comp. Go on click it in.

Oh yeah, I see what you mean. Have done so now. Here's hoping! Now does the email go to both of you? or only one.

Hi marbiz - great night photo of two interesting subjects! and I see you're a fellow S3 user - gotta love the S3's 6 pointed star lens flare! ..can't avoid it at night, so just gotta love it... But as with this shot, it does often add to the photos!

Oh Hi Kamaly, Marguerite is my name. I am so excited, Someone else has looked at one of my photos, that is other than my two friends Helen S and Di McD, both of whom you converse with. You've made my night. I can go to bed happy! And yes I luurve my Canon S3, now that I have learned to use the manual settings. Nearly all my pics are taken on manual. Its late here but I will look through your portfolio soon. Regards, M

Marguerite, not familiar with your country at all, I looked at the picture and was thinking the thing up front is a bridge then I read it is wires. I now see the bridge in the background, and what Helen calls wires, is that art? This is another spectacular photo! Love your gallery! Looking forward to more photos, Jean in USA

Margurite, I think you like art... you should see marble globes. He takes about 40 photos and somehow pieces them together and then performs some magic and comes up with this effect. He is in Germany and I think he is a wizard!

Hi Jean, marble globes is amazing and very cleaver. It must be fun to do things with software for special effects. I haven't learned that yet. I am still very much the purist, don't even like touch-ups. A photograph taken using a persons skills with the camera alone is still the best for me.

Tonight I'll upload another picture that will show you the sculpture up close. I was trying to get a dimentional effect when I took this photo. Cheer from DownUnder. M

Hello Jean, As promised I have placed a new photo of the sculpture with "wires" on my page and a link to the Docklands web page. Its called Shoal Fly By - inspired by flying shoals of fish, fishnet, scales, lures and rippling water.

If you have an interest in art ... this document describes The Docklands Art Journey .. its quite fascinating. I have added the link on the photo itself. I hope it works. Hope you enjoy the reading. Greetings from DownUnder.
