I was raised on the 300 Block of Trappe Rd. and can remeber walking thru the tunnel under Westfield Rd. I would walk by this intersection twice a day, on my way to and from Gray Manor Elementary School from 1956 to 1962. Out of the 3 schools I attended ( Gray Manor, North Point Jr & Patapsco Sr.) only one still is open.
