I wish you keep in mind this thrieving image, because right now reality is all the opposite. July '07 there was a huge fire that burnt a wooden area, from the golf club straight to the beach :(
This restaurant was burnt down to ashes. Very sad, indeed.

yes, I have heard of the fire. Part of my family lives in Miami Platja. My uncle has a janitor service, and my aunt runs a restaurant since a few weeks. There is also no one in Miami Platja must starve ;) (photos will follow as soon as I have some)
