Are this the things, where boats are fixed on, in ports for instance? When I look, how it's positioned in the map, it could be. Then in german it's a "poller". Also used on the streets to cordon off it.

For non-italians "Bitte", in english, can be translated with "bollard" or "bitt".

Per i non italiani "Bitte", in inglese, si può tradurre con "bollard" oppure "bitt".
