I think it was last weekend Jim, we passed through Kettlewell and there were some funny looking characters about the place and the cars were choc-a-block. Like whitby, its the early bird etc etc.. I cant even get out of the road end in my car after 11am. It remains so until 6pm. I live too close to those traffic lights that control the tee junction into town. You know the one I mean. It is much easier, and nicer to walk, it only takes 5 mins.
