Greetings and welcome Alex, Many thanks for your nice comments.
Hi Jim, thanks for your congratulations! I hope you are well recently, not had any new shots from you for a while! Best wishes, Fai
Hello fai, Havent had the time for it recently and the weather has just been too bad and too wet for taking photos. Soon the autumn colours will be visible in the woods around here and hopefully better weather will arrive.(but I'm not holding my breath)
Yeah, same here Jim, the daytime photos I am uploading recently are from July haha. Hope the weather isnt too bad where you are. Best wishes, Fai
The situation has got worse if anything Fai. The only consolation is that we are not suffering a drought and lives are not under threat as such.
Roll on winter. :D ---Jim
wanderful photo beautiful shot regards
You are most welcome MuhSaPo, that is a nice compliment on my work, thankyou.
Thankyou Alex Don Gato for the links
Your beautiful photos are a great credit to your photographic talents,
A month ago or so you asked me about a scanner, I had just bought one and scanned some of my uncles old slides. I have now tried the scanning of the 35m film and think the results are much better than scanning from a picture.
I found a picture I took in September 1989 and it is from much the same position as yours and here and here it is as an example!
The big problem is attraction of dust but you can remove the worst in photoshop.
All the Best Peter
I am most grateful for that amazing link Peter
The differences are subtle yet amazing!!
