House from Wuthering Heights?

This house belongs to the Guinesss family, Roger Moore os said to have offered approx £7m for the property but any offers will not be accepted as its part of the family heritage. On the other side if the house is a small marina. Also under the property are tunnels which are supposedly smugglers tunnels. I no it sounds alot but i lived opposite it and have explored as far as the tunnels will allow in low waters.
