Platja d’es Carbó está a 0,9 kilómetros de Colònia de Sant Jordi, frente al islote de na Molina. Este enorme arenal de finísimo grano está cubierto de posidonia y de ramas vertidas por el mar. La primera línea dunar está poblada por el lirio blanco de marina, el cardo marino, pinos, sabinas y acebuches.
