The green colour is caused by millions of tiny individual plants called duckweed.

No Andre, you can't smoke it - at least not inside a public building! I read recently that, in The Netherlands you aren't allowed to smoke tobacco in a bar but you can smoke marijuana! Is that correct?

Haha, the tolerant Dutch huh...? :)

Indeed, you can't smoke cigarettes any longer in public buildings, restaurants or bars. Soft drugs like weed are officially not allowed but under certain conditions the use and selling of it is tolerated.

Still, if a cofeeshop (that's where they sell much more then just cofee, that is...) holds too much stock, sells to minors or such, their permit to sell will certainly be revoked.
