What a wonderful, wonderful old place.

Oh please tell me that you ventured inside? Were you able to explore?

I appreciate your title to this fine shot as well. Very fitting.

Best regards,

Mary Alice

Thank you so much, Mary Alice! Unfortunately my exploring was limited to outside the buildings. This town was the first place that I've visited specifically after seeing it on Panoramio. Pam (Lilypon) has some beautiful pictures of Robsart. She did go inside one building, and a landowner in Robsart saw her photos and accused her of trespassing. It looks like this landowner has taken things into her own hands since Pam's visit, because now all the buildings have large signs to KEEP OUT. :(

Great image. Reminds me of an Andrew Wyeth painting.

I had to look up Andrew Wyeth... thank you for mentioning him! A wonderful artist.

Me thinks you are too!

Jessica,

Jessica,

I couldn't help but laugh out loud when reading your comments about this place and Pam. Bless her heart. I have been accused of trespassing more times than you can imagine! I've almost gotten in a whole lot of trouble a time or two. I'm trying to be more careful now, but I'm so sorry that you were unable to get inside and explore! Better luck next time, and there WILL be a next time, I'm sure!

Best regards to you,

Mary Alice
