I guess youre right - that high way looks pretty new. Are the scheduled plans for new highways as long as our ours? Here that may take 10 years and more.

Oh yes. The idea comes many years before the completion. Often, the project is obsolete by the time it is done. This one is really good. Solved a LOT of problems with traffic!
