ketanfol, thanks and nice photo in the above link.
Bernard, Frank was giving his evil eye to the new dog in the yard. They are still getting to know each other. The new dog got a new toy which landed near Frank. Frank was guarding it. The dog was listening but begging. Frank held his ground and wouldn't let the dog have his toy. I think Frank was jealous of all the attention so he had to get a treat and some hugs too. This new dog is so gentle with the cats.
Paul, I did not know about the mark of a true tabby. Thanks!
Your Miss Molly sounds like she makes a good guard dog. My sister's cat, Katie is the same. She his training this new dog that showed up. We tried to find his owner (guardian) with no result. I am still amazed about how Katie and Frank have joined forces to oversee the training of their new dog. Katie and Frank usually are at odds, never have co-operated in anything before. They finally have a common goal.
