Some explanations: Due to the limitation of 5 MB size I had to downsize the picture very much and save it in a low quality.
The picture I uploaded is 40 Megapixel - nevertheless it is just a very, very small and downsized crop of my Panorama. The original size of the panorama I made is - believe it or not - more than 500 times as big: all in all more than 20'000 Megapixel (20 Gigapixel).
All in all I made more than 5000 fotos with the EOS 5D (each one 12,8 MP). Worldwide there is no program which can handle this amount of data and stitch it automatically together. So I stiched each picture manually to the panorama. I did this in Adobe Photoshop CS2.
I spent more than 700 hours in stitching it manually together. But unfortunately it ist not finished yet and there are still some bugs in the panorama I have to fix.
One word: Crazy
It's a great picture, thanks for sharing it, I'm in california
Thak you for your appreciation. When I browsed your pictures I have to express my admiration. Good luck and I wish you many many good pictures.
Incredible. The detail is wonderful, and well worth the effort put in. Makes you feel as if you're sitting at the table with the person in the lower right.
One Word: wicked :)

I would like to use one of your pictures for a pedagogic video... It's not commercial at all...
I need pictures of " Church of La Défense - Paris) and I saw you've got one...
I wait your answer. Thanks.
So far, google and panoramio don't give a larger version - I shall try again, but all I get is a tiny icon which probably means the picture won't be shown.
Sehr schönes Bild einer sehr schönen, einmaligen Stadt in Barockstil.
Hi Tatjana. I've only seen this image now and am quite impressed with the details. Do you have a higher resolution online anywhere such as 360cities.com? I'd love to see it at its full potential.
