The is a small museum in the ruins of the bridge at the river side from where I took those shots (western side), called the 'Friedensmusem' which could be translated as 'Museum of peace'. I have not been in there as there where a lot of people around so I don't know exactly what they are showing. Of course there are always a lot tourists as the bridge is very popular because of its role in WW2 and furthermore due to the movie I think. I like the area around the Rhine there as it is an impressive nature that can be found there I think.

The place is not only the museum for history, but also as a museum for nature. The little hill located the back of the two towers, showing out the columnar jointed basalt, it is the precious natural heritage. Thanks for sharing. Best regards from China, wayfarer99
