Oh, very classy, but my goodness, it sets a far more somber mood, doesn't it, without the colour in, but a very lovely photo still. If is wasn't for the chasm of light behind the tree itself, it would almost be apocalyptic, really, but that lifts the mood....

I don't know which I prefer now, but the other one definitely has more 'shock' factor. It stands out in the thumbnails, beautifully. I don't have to have a favourite, do I? They are both perfect in their own rights....BUT the colour one is still the winner as far as it is so very unique and such a shocker!

(Goodness, can you imagine me down the grocery aisle, deciding which apples to pick!? Indecision is just one of my faults!)

I meant 'shocker' as in just giving shock, not awful shocking, of course!!!
