Χαίρομαι ιδιαίτερα που σας αρέσει και σας ευχαριστώ παιδιά! Και ξέρετε γιατί; Διότι ήταν η πρώτη φορά που είπα ένα ηρωικό ΟΧΙ στο γκρουπ, δεν σας ακολουθώ σε άλλα μουσεία, ναούς και εκκλησίες, θα πάω για καφέ, να δω την θάλασσα και τους γκρεμούς.

Rather than comment individually on each of your beautiful pictures, let me just say that I love your Sicily series. The scenery is spectacular and the temples are magnificent. There are not many structures as photogenic as a Greek Temple and you captured them beautifully.

I also really like the narrow street shot. It appears to be a study in contradictions. At first glance you see this lovely lane lined on both sides by very old and quaint houses. Then on closer examination you notice air conditioners hanging from the sides of the buildings.

Thank you a lot for your visit and the nice comment Leo Sicilia is a great island full of strong contrasts,a land rich in history and culture.I was fascinating from the cities with the imposing Baroque style, the Piazzas, the fine sandy beaches, the volcano Etna and from... latte mandorla!!! :-))

I had hoped to visit Sicily when I lived in Germany, but did not make it. I would like to go there to try to find out about my great-great-grandfather who emigrated from there to Louisiana.
