Thanks, Zoe! They were so cool! The starfish were only about 3/4" diameter , or even smaller. The periwinkle on the right is only about an inch long - so that was a tiny tiny one on that, practicing for when it gets bigger, I guess!
thanks, dianne! I don't think I did any arranging for this one, though I think on some I tried the starfish kept being swept away by shallow waves so I'd put them back. They are underwater! They were in shallow tidepools around the base of rocks, at very low tide, and shallow waves were continuing to lap in. (You can see the water line on the periwinkle to the right of the green moon, and on the seaweed above the upper star.)

Love the photo, did you have to do any arranging for the shot or did nature do it for you. Dianne
