Well done Scally, and well done St.Andrews! I used to attend the Fisher School right near here [it's a house now], so nipping down to Castle Beach for a quick paddle at dinner time was the order of the day.

Greetings, Amelia

The same to you Tony Saw it, and like your photos it was perfect, and you be careful of that brilliant Sun on your lovely complexion. 10 to 3 get under a tree, cheers scally.

Amelia, As a Local did you get free entrance to the Castle? I have wanted to see the Bottle dungeon they,ve got in this place for years, almost went in this time, but my wife would have refused to wait outside for me so discretion got the better of extravagance. I,ve found the snap of my daughter shivering with extreme exposure climbing from the rock pool, I hope to transfer it to this comp. then I,ll post it, to show you just how tough a kid your were, don,t you be knocking yourself out with all this Christmas shopping, just stick some salad, cold meat in the fridge, put your feet up. and if they start Baying tell them to help theirself, and while they,re at it could they please put that M&S Turkey Dinner in the Micro Wave. :D cheers scally.

Hi Scally, yes we could get in free in those days, but probably even the citizens have to pay nowadays. I have a photo of me as a wee one going to the Step Rock bathing pool with my parents. If you get your daughter's photo uploaded I'll try getting mine uploaded as well.

Greetings, Amelia
