Thanks, willi-bremen and dianne! and helen, I only threatened to sue, LOL. In truth, I'd even be willing to pay the kid to run back and forth to get more of these, though!

great sunset. I guess coastal sunsets are hard to come by on the east coast!

Thanks, pedro - well, we're lucky enough to have lots of islands, capes, and penninsulas that wrap out into the sea so that we can still rather easily enjoy the sun setting over the water. Here's an even better shot And we get to have the sunrises over the sea, too! I sure don't see too many of those, so I'm quite grateful for the sunset opportunities!

Splendid serendipity...the youngster just adds a touch of class to the shot...accidental or choreographed?

Very nice ;>)

Thanks Jim! Purely accidental. Could have titled it 'Dagnabbit, Darned kid ran through and ruined my sun-through-the breakwater picture!'

But of course it's not my picture so I couldn't name it that! ;)))

This is awesome, kamalyn. I just found this one by browsing Gloucester on Google Earth.

I don't usually browse Gloucester on Google Earth.

LOL, Hi who and Tery!

Thanks Lloyd B! It was a fun catch. And since this winter a storm knocked over that seawall, its a shot that can't be duplicated :D

(I guess the fact that I could catch the sun peeking through the seawall sort of hints that it wasn't particularly solidly constructed....)

Best wishes, Timo
