Inside the nearly 90 year old Berlin Central Airport Terminal, Tempelhof, which was the landing spot used during the Berlin Airlift. The building and the surrounding offices were part of a complex which the Germans following WWI were rightfully proud of, claiming it to be the largest single structure in the world in 1921. The adjoining building still houses the German National Weather Service offices. It is scheduled for permanent closure October 31st in 2008.
