Danny, I wish to thank you for looking around my humble gallery all those months ago. I'm so sorry I haven't replied until now, but these summer holidays are the first chance I've had to really do any catching up on Pano. I really appreciate your interesting comments. Yes, Gympie is my local town and I do love this area very much - nice and hilly and quite near the coast too! Many thanks once again for your visit,

Best wishes,

Sue

Vielen Dank, Kurt.

Ich war gerade am richtigen Ort zur richtigen Zeit zu erfassen ein sehr schöner Anblick.

Vielen Dank für die Zeit nehmen, in und zu kommentieren,

Sue

OH yes, thanks gix, this is another shot of that remarkable sky where EVERYONE noticed that it was out of the ordinary and was taking photos of it. It was like a scene from science fiction, as I was driving along, loads of people were pulling up in cars or just stopped on the pavement, all looking up at the sky and pointing various pieces of equipment at it to record it for posterity. A very special sky and a very special moment. I'm just happy to be able to share it with you on here and I wish I had a better camera at the time, but you can add a bit with your imagination to get the breadth and depth of it. It went from horizon to horizon -- truly awesome!

Very best wishes to you again,
