Taken a few years ago on a boattrip up the Thames from Greenwich towards Houses of Parliament. I liked the cloud formation.

The cloud formation is remarkable, Kasia. Mostly you can see this formations on coastlines, they follow the coastline because of temperature difference above the water and the land. In this case you can hardly say that the banks of the Thames is a coastline:-) Cheers, Bart

I like the cloud formation too! And Thames is looking as large as the sea.

Bart, thanks! I've often seen such formations and never realised what caused them. If the weather is good, there is nearly always one along the Uist island chain in the Hebrides. Just uploaded a special formation for you!.

Andreas, thanks to you too! The Thames get even wider south of here! Slàinte.

Greetings, Kasia
