Upper Boulder Chain Lakes from Lonesome Lake

Four of the lakes in the Upper Boulder Chain Lakes are visible in this picture. Clockwise from upper right, they are Scoop Lake, Headwall Lake, Hummock Lake, and a partially visible Hourglass Lake. Hidden Lake, which would be in the lower left corner, is characteristically hidden.

If you enlarge the picture, you will see the switchback trail up to Windy Devil Pass. which is the ridgeline in the center right of the picture. You will also see Hatchet Lake in the Lower Boulder Chain Lakes, in the center background.
