I think you need to look real close at the ground in this photo. Real close. I copied it into my paint program at full res just to see.
There appears to be a small shaft coming up from the ground under this. I do believe this should be renamed a tornado!
Not all funnels will seem to connect, but if you have effects on the ground, very important in LPs to look for them, you have a Tornado.
