However, Cyprus is a wonderful country on both sides and its sad, that both parts are not able to find a resolution to life together. I know, bad things were happened in the past and its hard to get over it. But still, Cyprus is home for greek and turkish peoples since endless ages... There should be tolerance for each other on both sides. Tolerance for culture, lifestile and religion. How many conflicts on the world are caused by fanatic people? hi all. ım turkish cypriot. ı respect south side. ı respect north side. the big problem here is that the world countries(generally) dont respect north cyprus, they dont accept it, dont RECOGNISE WITHOUT ANY REASON. remember 65% of north cyprus vote "YES". 9 YEARS AGO. SO WHAT HAPPENED FOR NORTHERNS??? n o t h ı n g . I BELIEVE THAT ANY COUNTRY THAT HELP NORTH CYPRUS SELF-SEEKER, OPPORTUNIST. TY. SO ITS WRONG THAT THE WHOLE CYPRUS IS GREEK. OK FRIEND.
