Taken from the 390hp power boat, "Eternity", a Success Craft built in Toowoomba, Queensland, this photo depicts the Queensland Maritime Museum. The former Bulwer Island Lighthouse Tower is framed by the powerful tug, "Forceful" and the Friendship Pedestrian Bridge. The Bulwer Island Lighthouse operated at the mouth of the Brisbane River from 1912 to 1983. "Forceful" built in 1912 served in the Port of Brisbane. The QMM was established around the South Brisbane Dry Dock, located on the Southbank opposite Brisbane's CBD.

The heritage icon, "HMAS Diamantina" is also moored at the QMM and is a major feature of their collection.
